A Day In The Life of a Healthy Eater | Day 21

Wake up!

Take a few minutes to stretch and think about 10 things I’m grateful for.

Drink a glass of warm lemon water.

Workout! – Get up and get it done early before excuses creep into my day!!

Shakeology for Breakfast – usually blended with fresh fruit (I freeze bananas when they start to go brown to put in my shakes later)

Sit at my desk and plan out my day – re-prioritize my schedule and lists

Work solid and focused for a couple of hours with 24oz water on my desk

Take a break  – have a snack – Results and Recovery Formula if I did a hard workout or non-fat greek yogurt with berries + cup of green tea

Work solid and focused for a couple more hours with 24oz water on my desk

Lunch: Usually a healthy salad with low fat protein and a healthy fat like 1/4 avocado or pumpkin seeds + more water!

Break & Snack time:  Piece of fruit and handful of nuts + cup of green tea

Did you know that a handful of Cashews can help ward off depression?

Time for a mental vacation…thinking about a trip I am earning with my fellow beachbody coaches

Finish up at work – focus on completing any actions due today and planning my next day with another glass of water on m desk!

Dinner: Grilled fish with tomato/mango chutney, 1 serving quinoa, and a veggie salad with homemade vinaigrette + more water!

Catch-up on personal emails and Beachbody team business – following up with clients and sending out information on how they can reach their goals and change their lives!

Off to spend time with my family!
