What’s next?

As you transition out of your first 30 Days of my Fitness Jumpstart, I have a tool I would like to recommend to you. She has a great program that I highly recommend: The 30 Day Push. This is another 30 day program with videos that will give you a daily assignment to help you document your goals, make sure your priorities are in order and teach you the tools to have an effective to do list every day that will move you forward towards achieving your goals.
