Day 2 – Find an Accountability Partner

 

Coach Suzann here again, coming to you from Team Beachbody in our virtual fitness club.  I just want to congratulate you for making it to Day 2.  How did Day 1 go?

Today, I just want to hear from you.

Studies show that when you work with an accountability partner, you are going to increase your chances for success exponentially.accountability

So… I really want to hear from you every single day.  I want to know what workout you did, how did it go, did you get through the whole thing. Visit my Facebook Page and leave a comment so I know what you did today.

And I’m going to share a little story with you.  When I first started P90X, I think I could only make it through about the first ten minutes.  But I listened to Tony and my body to “do your best and forget the rest”  – so,  I would rest and then I would do an exercise, and I would rest and I would do an exercise, until I could make it through with the best number of reps for me.

So don’t be concerned if you’re having trouble getting through some of the exercises, whether it’s Insanity, P90X, TurboFire, Les Mills Pump….  Any program that you’re going to do is going to be challenging in the beginning.  And just do what you can.  Modify it, but also push yourself.
