Challenging You To Beat Holiday Weight Gain!

We’ll be starting a HOLIDAYS CHALLENGE GROUP November 12th – to get you through Thanksgiving and all the way into January – so set your New Year’s Resolution now to Beat the Holiday Weight Gain!!
Here are the details – it’s a Beat Holiday Weight Gain challenge using the program of your choice and it’s the easiest way to achieve your goals ever. As part of my group, you’ll be one of four to six like-minded people. We’ll track our progress along the way, hold each other accountable, and motivate, inspire, and encourage each other to achieve amazing results. It’s easy!  First step: You DECIDE that you want to join us! Then:
  • Pick a program – buy the challenge pack (or buy Shakeology & do a walking program or a program you already have)
  • Follow the class schedule or aim to get 5000 steps per day (Beachbody workouts range from 15 to 65 minutes per day (5-6 days a week)
  • Replace one meal per day with Shakeology®
  • Follow the Nutrition Plan that comes with your program or Join the Club to access the online meal planner (this is included when you buy one of the Challenge Packs)
  • Commit to a Total of 60 or 90 days (depending on program selection)
  • Take photos and measurements on Day 1, 30, 60, and 90
  • Engage with your Coach (that would be me!) and exclusive private group on Facebook® ; share how you are feeling and encourage others to reach their goals

Here are the program choices and prices – if you do a program as part of a pack, you get the Shakeology, Club Membership, and Shipping included.  If you already have one of the programs – if you want to do that one, then sign-up for just the Shakeology (on home direct so that it come the second month and shipping is free – I recommend Chocolate!) – if you wanted to try something else see one of the choices below:
